Seeing seals in La Jolla Cove, San Diego
seals in La Jolla Cove
La Jolla Cove is so famous and crowded that I've been there in winter and visited in summer in July, and there are still long lines for parking.
Still, it's worth it to park in the free beachfront parking lot or in the parking lot in front of the shops, as there are plenty of cars coming and going.

Canoeing is a popular sport in San Diego.
This is the line to get into the cave, and it's very long. You have to pay.

Go to the center to see the seals and sea lions in La Jolla Cove
Be prepared to get wet, so wear sandals, flip-flops, Crocs, etc.
If you want to get up close and personal with the seals, it's best to take off your shoes and go barefoot from the start, as sneakers won't keep you wet.
TIP: There is a place to wash your feet right after you go up.
